Pritt has partnered with leading children's charity, NSPCC, as part of the brand's global initiative 'We Craft for Children' to focus on the development and wellbeing of children across the country.
The NSPCC has been protecting children for over 100 years focusing on their wellbeing and preventing abuse as well as neglect. The NSPCC works very closely with schools to help children understand what abuse is and supports them to speak out and feel safe. Their Childline service is available day or night by phone, email or webchat, to help any young person in the UK. It costs £4 for one of their trained volunteer counsellors to answer a child's call for help to Childline. Our support means that the NSPCC can be there for 5350 children.
If you're interested in supporting the NSPCC in their mission to protect children, they provide engaging activities filled with complimentary resources each term for your school to engage with.
Below is a snapshot of the exciting initiatives the NSPCC are running within the next year:
- Childhood Day Mile- take part on Friday 7 June! Have fun, get active and raise money to help keep children safe.
- Kindness Challenge- In the first week of October you can support Childline and spend time creating more kindness in your school community.
